Job description

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, and management.
  • Prepare, process, and manage real estate documents, contracts (A, B & F), agreements, and listings.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, property viewings, inspections, and closings.
  • Maintain and update client databases, property listings, CRM systems, and filing systems.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, agents, and third-party service providers.
  • Track important deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups for contracts, payments, and documentation.
  • Prepare marketing materials, social media posts, and property listings as required.
  • Liaise with clients, developers, property managers, and legal representatives to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the real estate operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills
* Experience in real estate is a plus
