Real Estate Admin Assistant
Job description
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for agents and clients.
- Handle communication with clients, agents, and government entities in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update real estate records, listings, and transaction documentation.
- Process and manage legal documents such as Form F, Escrow details, and RERA compliance papers.
- Assist with property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Monitor the Trakheesi system, oversee DLD-related procedures, and handle Qood registrations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using MS Office tools.
- Ensure smooth office workflow by supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and problem-solving.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of Form F, Escrow, RERA regulations, and real estate transactions.
- Experience with Trakheesi system, DLD procedures, and Qood registration.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle contracts, listings, and document verification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
