Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for potential buyers and sellers.
  • Issue and maintain permits from DLD terkheesi.
  • Answer calls at reception and direct clients to relevant sales agents.
  • Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, Form A, B, F agreements, and disclosures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Maintain the CRM database, logging client interactions and property details for future reference.
  • Assist in financial record-keeping, including tracking commissions, expenses, and invoicing for accurate financial management.
  • Implement and maintain office systems and processes to optimize workflow and team efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience with DLD portal functionalities, including permit issuance.
  • Proven experience with real estate CRM software and listing platforms for managing property data and client relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred, with proficiency in English and a second language to serve diverse clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, agents, and developers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and passion for real estate, committed to providing excellent service.
