Build strategic partnerships with leading developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Damac) and maintain relationships with property brokers and agents in Dubai.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends in property prices, rental yields, and upcoming developments.
Lead the due diligence process, ensuring properties meet Slice’s investment criteria, including financial viability, legal compliance, and market positioning.
Represent Slice at industry events, property expos, and networking platforms to strengthen the company’s presence in Dubai’s real estate market.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the Dubai market.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property registration processes.
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Established network within Dubai’s real estate ecosystem, including developers, agents, and regulators.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
