Job summary

Flip retail is seeking aMale Accountant with a background in Real Estate Accounts to manage financial records for lease properties in the UAE. The role involves daily bookkeeping, receivables monitoring, and handling payables with attention to accuracy and compliance.

The position is permanent and long-term, with a monthly salary starting at AED 2,500. Prior experience in real estate accounting is preferred to ensure smooth financial operations for lease portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate accounting and lease revenue
• Knowledge of VAT/FTA taxation and invoicing
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate day-to-day financial records

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial records for lease properties and related revenues and costs
• Ensure timely receipt of rental earnings and monitor receivables
• Manage bank reconciliations, PDC, and cash flows projection
• Handle A/C payables including cheques, TTs, and accounting entries
• Perform periodic reconciliations and maintain records for maintenance costs
