Job Description

1. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
2. Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
3. Handle VAT filings and management.
4. Prepare month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
6. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
7. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide explanations.
8. Prepare reports as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (MBA, M. Com, ACCA, CA Inter).
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in UAE Real Estate Accounts.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, accounting impacts, accruals, provisions, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
