Job description

In this role, you will develop solutions based on customer briefs for coating, functional, and taste systems for the Meat end use market.

The RDA Technologist - Meat role will report to the RDA Manager - Meat.

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application of Kerry solutions on end products
  2. Preparation of products for customer presentations
  3. Develop market-suitable products in line with customer briefs utilizing Kerry technologies
  4. Independently plan and complete product development work with appropriate project management, including communication on project status to the manager, sales, and customer
  5. Understand systems and RDA ways of working, including use of Salesforce (opportunity management), Optiva (recipe creation), MDG, SAP
  6. Maintain lab consumables, equipment, and ingredients in safe and hygienic storage
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of B. Tech or M.Sc. in Food Science / Technology or equivalent qualifications
  • Hands-on experience working in the lab
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to interface with other business functions
  • Team player mentality
  • Drive and accountability
