Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a dedicated RBT to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and meticulously document client progress. This role focuses on observing changes and collecting objective data to inform treatment adjustments.

The candidate will help clients acquire new skills, apply structured teaching and reinforcement strategies, and manage challenging behaviors with de-escalation techniques and crisis procedures as outlined in the plan.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is essential for this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• UAE license is not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or clinical placements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA, documenting client progress and changes.
• Collect accurate data on target behaviors using frequency, duration, and interval recording.
• Assist clients in acquiring new skills through structured teaching and reinforcement.
• Manage challenging behaviors with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention procedures.
