Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Behavioral Technician to provide clinical ABA-based instruction to children with autism in home, school, and community settings in Abu Dhabi. You will implement behavior reduction protocols, collect data, write plans, and collaborate with families, teachers, and the treatment team under BCBA supervision.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and safe handling practices in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA/BCaBA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Existing or qualified for DOH Licensing as ABA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Write behavior support plans, conduct functional assessments, and communicate with teachers, parents, and caregivers.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with treatment protocols.
• Lead Behavioral Technician duties in the absence of the lead.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies.
