Job Description

Role: Sales Coordination

Location: ADIB@Work, Retail Banking Division

Role Purpose:

To provide full coordination to managing processes, ensuring streamlined workflows, and alignment on service delivery, administrative, and analysis support to the unit in processing MIS and enablement functions.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide support across work streams within the unit and coordinate to ensure consistency and process alignment.
  2. Maintain effective MIS reporting standards, track and record daily activity reports for A@W, ensuring detailed reporting and data maintenance.
  3. Furnish periodic performance trend analysis and dashboards to management.
  4. Support all enablement functions and administrative activities to ensure smooth unit operation. Manage follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
  5. Review existing internal processes, streamline reporting, review service standards, SLAs, and processing times, conduct service quality health checks, and internal audits to ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
  6. Handle assigned projects or activities as required.
  7. Provide general administrative support, including documentation, manuals, and materials.

Skills and Technical Knowledge:

  1. Advanced MS Office skills
  2. Thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services
  3. Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and operational risks
  4. Understanding of service standards and SLAs
  5. Process analysis and flow charting skills
  6. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) & Project Management skills
