Job description

You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members during the onloading and offloading of aircraft deadload, ensuring the highest safety standards at all times.

Accountabilities

• Accountable for the safe loading and unloading of aircraft deadload.
• As a Team Leader, act as the responsible focal point for all team members, empowering proactive actions to ensure smooth collaboration during turnaround activities.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed at all times by yourself and your team members to maintain a safe and secure operation.
• Promote safety across aircraft turnaround activities and influence team members to uphold the highest safety standards, reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
• Encourage consistency and collaboration through clear communication, including team briefings and relevant reports.
• Check all aircraft contact points for damage upon arrival and departure, reporting any irregularities to the duty manager.
• Report hazards and incidents to management, raising GSRs as required within corporate guidelines.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of airline or airport experience.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
