This role ensures seamless collaboration between Emirates Airport Services (EKAS) and third-party providers, such as dnata, to uphold the highest standards in safety, efficiency, and on-time performance (OTP). Facilitate real-time decision-making in collaboration with EK Operational stakeholders and third-party service providers, ensuring all ground operations meet Emirates' safety, quality, and OTP standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure service providers meet SLA requirements and conform to Emirates' high standards. Perform safety audits and inspections to identify and rectify non-compliance, fostering a safety and accountability culture.

Collaborate with the Senior Manager Operations Services to develop initiatives for improving efficiency, safety, and service quality.
  • Lead EKAS Ramp Operations personnel by setting performance expectations, providing regular briefings, and offering coaching and development opportunities to foster continuous improvement and readiness for expanded responsibilities.
  • Represent Emirates as the primary contact for third-party service providers below the wing, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and operational standards. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders like HCDMs, PSDMs, and Ground Dispatch. Prepare and present shift-based operational reports to senior management, summarizing key activities, challenges, and performance metrics.
  • Assess the operational plan for the next 24 hours, adjusting resources and priorities based on demand, disruptions, and conditions. Lead the operational response during disruptions and deploy the Dispatch Go-Team to support recovery efforts at DXB and DWC.
  • Maintain situational awareness across all ramp activities, proactively identifying potential disruptions or safety concerns. Communicate emerging issues promptly to relevant teams for swift response.
