Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a major railway project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on surveying and setting-out, ensuring accurate control, alignment, levels and coordinates per drawings and project requirements.

Responsibilities include topographical and as-built surveys, establishing control points, and coordinating with Site Engineers and QA/QC teams. Proficient use of Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Civil 3D is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of surveying experience on railway or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to survey for railway alignment, setting-out and as-built records.
• Experience reading engineering, alignment and survey drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out topographical, setting-out and as-built surveys for railway works.
• Establish and maintain survey control points throughout the project.
• Perform precise setting-out for railway alignment and track works.
• Check levels, alignments, coordinates and elevations against drawings.
• Interpret IFC and shop drawings and survey data for field use.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and QA/QC teams; monitor equipment calibration.
• Prepare survey reports, field records and as-built documentation.
