Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Rail Systems Maintenance Expert to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of rail infrastructure systems, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting operational teams to maintain reliability and safety of the rail network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on rail systems, including tracks, signaling systems, rolling stock, and associated infrastructure
• Perform detailed diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to identify system failures and implement effective solutions
• Maintain organized and accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and engineering teams to ensure seamless maintenance execution and minimize service disruptions
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and work prioritization to optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to verify maintenance standards and system performance
• Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure consistent adherence to best practices and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Relevant safety certifications for rail operations and maintenance (or willingness to obtain)

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and systematically in a structured environment
