The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting an international consultancy firm who are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join a prestigious Metro Rail Project in the UAE. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a landmark infrastructure project while working with a globally recognised engineering consultancy.

Opportunity & Responsibilities:

The role shall be working as part of an international team during the development of the project and into the delivery. The successful individuals shall be contributing to the Structural design of Stations, working closely with specialist across all aspects of the project.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Lead the structural design of metro stations, viaducts, tunnels, and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with international and local design standards.
• Perform complex structural analysis and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Oversee design reviews and liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design of stations for rail or metro projects.
• Strong knowledge of International codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.

Salary Package:

The package on offer is dependent on experience but likely to be in the region of $9,000 to $11,000 per month with expatriate benefits.
