WSP is seeking an experienced Head of Rail to lead and grow our Rail business across the Middle East. This senior role defines and delivers the regional rail strategy, drives market growth, oversees major client relationships, and ensures technical excellence across the region.

The Head of Rail will supervise a multidisciplinary team spanning track, civil works, stations, systems, signalling, power and operations, shaping WSP's position in the GCC rail market and leading major programmes in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, railway, systems engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Chartered Engineer status through a recognised professional institution.
• Typically 20+ years of rail industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the regional rail strategy and growth plan for the Middle East.
• Lead the governance and executive engagement for major rail and transit projects.
• Provide executive oversight of rail design, delivery and technical excellence across the region.
• Lead bid governance, work-winning activities and major pursuits in the GCC rail market.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse regional rail team.
• Position WSP as the regional rail leader, fostering client relationships with rail authorities and developers.
