Job summary

Keolis Dubai Metro is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide engineering support, asset performance monitoring and lifecycle management for civil structures across the network. You will work with the Engineering Manager Infrastructure to investigate defects, assess asset condition and implement renewal initiatives in line with governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in CIVIL Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer (CIVIL).
• Minimum of 3 years of stakeholder management experience.
• RAMS, FRB, Change Management, Projects and assurance experience of complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into CIVIL asset performance, failures, and degradation trends.
• Support RCA, ETI processes, Failure Review Boards and corrective action definitions for CIVIL systems.
• Develop, maintain and govern CIVIL engineering standards, specifications, maintenance principles and documentation.
• Support engineering change management activities including ACCAs, design modifications and system upgrades.
• Analyze asset performance data to support reliability-centred and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Planning and external suppliers to ensure engineering outputs support operational needs.
