Job summary

Digitiza Information Technology L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for Radiology, PACS & VNA in Dubai. You will provide technical support, maintenance, and lifecycle management for radiology imaging systems, ensuring high availability across clinical environments.

You will work closely with radiologists, radiographers, hospital IT, biomedical engineering, vendors, and network teams to implement and support PACS, VNA, RIS, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Healthcare IT, CS, IT, Medical Informatics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years supporting radiology systems, healthcare technology, or biomedical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with PACS, VNA, RIS, DICOM, HL7, modalities, and hospital IT infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot PACS, VNA, RIS, viewers, workstations, modalities, DICOM routers, and image exchange systems.
• Monitor system availability, performance, connectivity, storage, services, queues, and scheduled tasks.
• Support radiology workstations, diagnostic monitors, peripherals, printers, and scanners.
• Perform preventive maintenance, health checks, and technical inspections.
