Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced DHA licensed Radiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the diagnostic pathway of our patients, performing and interpreting imaging studies that support the diagnosis and management of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disorders, and associated complications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Image Interpretation:
  2. Interpret and analyze medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
  3. Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to referring physicians.
  4. Correlate medical image findings with other examinations and tests.
  5. Consult with patients to explain diagnostic findings and answer any questions regarding the imaging procedures.
  6. Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
  7. Follow up with patients as necessary.
  8. Collaboration and Consultation:
  9. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, cardiologists, and surgeons, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  10. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
  11. Quality Assurance:
  12. Maintain high standards of quality in imaging and diagnostic procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  14. Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology and implement best practices.
  15. Administrative Duties:
  16. Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  17. Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
  18. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical degree with specialization in Radiology (e.g., MD, FRCR, Arab Board, or equivalent).
  2. Valid DHA License or Eligibility to practice as a Specialist Radiologist in Dubai.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
  4. Experience in musculoskeletal, abdominal, and cardiovascular imaging is desirable.
  5. Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and digital radiology workflows.
  6. Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with attention to clinical detail.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
