Base pay range

AED540,000.00 / yr - AED720,000.00 / yr

We are excited to announce an opening for a Radiation Oncologist. In this pivotal role, you will utilize advanced radiation therapy techniques to diagnose and treat cancer patients. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that they receive compassionate and effective care throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to establish appropriate radiation therapy plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize comprehensive treatment strategies
• Administer radiation treatments and manage care, monitoring patient responses and adjusting protocols as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, processes, and expected outcomes
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and follow-up care
• Participate in clinical research and trials aimed at improving radiation oncology practices
• Stay informed about new technologies and developments in the field of radiation oncology

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is essential
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the specified state
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiation treatment planning and delivery
