Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager R2R to oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory reporting processes. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP, and drive continuous improvement across the Record to Report lifecycle.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, stakeholder communication, and timely closing. A strong accounting background, 7+ years in finance, and regional experience are preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification CA/CPA/ACCA required.
• 7+ years in financial reporting, general ledger, close processes or similar.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS; familiarity with ERP systems and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Financial Governance: align reporting strategy with corporate goals and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: lead monthly/quarterly/annual report preparation and disclosures.
• Management Reporting: develop dashboards and variance analysis for senior management.
• Regulatory Reporting: ensure timely regulatory submissions and liaise with external auditors.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with IT and Finance to maintain data accuracy and escalate issues.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: implement controls and monitor risk assessment processes.
• Process Improvement & Reporting: drive automation and standardisation of R2R across entities.
• People Management: lead and develop the R2R team to high performance.
