Job summary

Technology Innovation Institute seeks an R&D Talent Identification Manager to design and deliver talent initiatives within the TAT program. You will oversee end-to-end project cycles, from ideation through evaluation, aligning with ATRC’s strategic goals and fostering partnerships with education and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, STEM, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Certifications in talent management, career coaching, project management (PMP) or HR are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle design and execution of talent competitions and festivals.
• Plan budgets, timelines, resources, and risk for initiatives.
• Manage procurement: RFPs, proposals, supplier oversight, and contracts.
• Engage education and government stakeholders (ADEK, ACTVET, MOE, MOHRE).
• Collaborate with events and marketing teams for promotion and branding.
• Monitor data collection and post-initiative evaluation to drive improvements.
