Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender and pre-contract activities in the UAE. You will review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs, and assist with post-tender clarifications, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.

The role emphasizes coordinating with estimators, engineers, and project teams, maintaining documentation, and using Excel and CANDY for cost estimation. MRICS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel for take-offs and cost control.
• Experience with quantity take-offs from drawings, specs, and BIM models.
• Knowledge of international contracts (FIDIC) is a plus.
• Experience in the Middle East tendering or construction projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and identify discrepancies and gaps.
• Prepare BoQ and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Support post-tender clarifications and contract verification.
• Organise and upload quantity take-off workbooks and cost sheets for traceability.
