Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure all requirements are met. Advise on contractors resource allocation and audit contractor payments. Ensure timely and complete submission of valuations. Record and check measurements of work completed. Prepare variations and day-works. Monitor and update the final cost estimate for the contract. Maintain and track expenditure records. Review negotiate and prepare claim settlements. Coordinate and monitor the activities of the team. Prepare financial statements for monthly reporting.
