Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are managed effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns and risks.
• Work closely with the project team to understand project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
• Prepare and submit progress reports on project costs to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and services are available when needed.
• Review and approve invoices and payment requests from suppliers and contractors.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members on cost-related matters.
• Maintain the records of variation submitted and approved.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 4 years experience in MEP construction is mandatory.
