Zusammenfassung

XAD Technologies is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Executive with strong UAE market knowledge and 5+ years in building construction, preferably with Electrical Contractors. You will manage tender submissions for Electrical/ELV/ICT projects, review technical documents, prepare costings for Design & Build tenders, and handle subcontractor quotations and contractual matters.

The role requires proficiency in cost breakdowns, Bills of Quantities, and tender preparation, with experience managing EOTs,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years UAE building construction experience, preference for Electrical Contractors.
• Experience in tendering for projects and preparing cost-related submissions.
• Profound knowledge of Electrical, ELV and ICT systems.
• Local market knowledge in UAE.
• Experience with procurement and quotations from vendors/subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT tender submissions: Cost Breakdown, Quotation, Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Rates, Bills of Quantities, Tender Proposal, etc.
• Review tender documents: Drawings, Scope of Work, Technical/performance specifications.
• Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
• Request and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
• Provide contractual advice to the project team during the project duration.
• Manage EOT, progress claims, VO submission, and final account with client/subcontractor.
