Currently seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Engineer to join our team for Head Office Tendering purposes in prestigious roads infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and field experience in roads utilities estimation works.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience in roads infrastructure construction projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in the UAE in the role of Site QS, Head Office Tendering, or Estimation
  • Proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, utilities, and public realm enhancements
  • Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, CESSEM, FIDIC requirements, and Method of Measurements
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to monitor subcontractors' invoices, market rates, cost analysis, rate breakdown, and reporting
