Job Description:

Al Yafour General Contracting, a leading construction company based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (Civil Engineer) to join its team.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi, who can work efficiently on civil construction projects, prepare BOQs, technical drawings, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Review architectural and structural drawings to produce precise drafts.

Use AutoCAD and other design software for creating technical drawings.

Prepare and manage project timelines using Primavera P6.

Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Apply knowledge of FIDIC contracts, value engineering, and local authority regulations.

Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals.

Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
