Job summary

Arabian Equipment Rental LLC (AER) is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, estimation, project cost control and contract administration across dewatering, groundwater control, over pumping and specialist pumping projects.

The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, monitor project budgets and ensure contractual obligations are effectively controlled, with UAE project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying, estimation or commercial administration.
• Experience with dewatering, groundwater control and temporary pumping preferred.
• Experience in UAE construction projects (RTA and Dubai Municipality preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, costing, variations and payment certification.

Responsibilities

• Tendering and cost estimation with detailed take-offs and BOQs.
• Prepare estimates, commercial proposals and project cost control.
• Monitor budgets, track costs and forecast profitability.
• Prepare variation claims and manage payments and activities.
• Review contracts and ensure commercial conditions are defined.
