Responsibilities (Post Contract):

• Commercial Contract Administration including remeasurement, interim and final account payment applications, assessment of costs, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, management of nominated sub-contractors, insurances, bonds, and attendance at design and commercial meetings.

Experiences and Qualifications:

• Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential buildings, infrastructure, etc.
• At least 4 years of experience with a consultant and/or client background.
• Proficiency in QS software like CostX or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good project background, technical writing ability, and skills in English.
