Job summary

Une entreprise de construction réputée à Abu Dhabi est à la recherche d'un Quantity Surveyor expérimenté pour un projet d'infrastructure essentiel. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la préparation et de la gestion des estimations de coûts, du contrôle financier et devra travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet. Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine est requise, ainsi qu'un diplôme pertinent et une disponibilité immédiate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficient dans des projets d'infrastructure ou ingénierie civile.
• Doit détenir un visa UAE valide.

Responsibilities

• Préparer et gérer les estimations de coûts du projet et la documentation de l'appel d'offres.
• Suivre les budgets de projet et contrôler les coûts.
• Concevoir des évaluations et des ordres de changement des travaux réalisés sur site.

Job description

We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-moving infrastructure project in Corniche, Abu Dhabi. This is a 6-month assignment with a reputable contracting firm working on essential infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage project cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation. • Track project budgets, control costs, and assist in project financial reporting. • Assess variations, change orders, and prepare valuation of works done on-site. • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost control and forecasting.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in infrastructure or civil engineering projects. • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relevant QS software. • Must hold a valid UAE visa and be ready to join immediately. • Willing to work in Abu Dhabi (Corniche) on a 6-day working schedule. • Project Duration: 6 months (with possible extension) • Location: Abu Dhabi, Corniche • Joining: Immediate
