We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor – Civil (Post Tender) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-contract activities, cost control, variation analysis, and contract administration within the construction industry.

Quantity Surveyor Civil - Post Tender

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents and identify project scope, contractual obligations, and risks.
• Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and monitor project cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and valuation of works done.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to verify executed quantities.
• Assist in the preparation of interim and final payment applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual and commercial correspondence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in post-tender quantity surveying within the civil construction sector.
• Experience in developing and analyzing BOQ
• Ability to create, prepare, and interpret cost reports
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or related field is a plus
