Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civilto manage cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract evaluation for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing project costs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of design codes: AISC, BS, IS, Eurocode.
  • Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from engineering drawings.
  • Coordinate with CAD technicians and draftsmen to prepare structural drawings and connection details if required.
  • Stronge knowledge of civil / structural elements and embedded items.
  • Ability to verify claimed progress at site.
  • Assess and value variations to the contract.
  • Maintain proper documentation for change orders and instructions.
  • Coordinate with engineers and site staff for accurate quantity tracking.
  • Validate contractor work against approved drawings and specifications.
