Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
2. Handle variations, claims, and subcontractor payments
3. Monitor budgets and cost reporting throughout project lifecycle
4. Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms
5. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects
2. Immediate availability is required
3. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
4. Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and infrastructure standards
5. Proficient in MS Excel and QS software tools
