ASGC Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. You will manage project costs, prepare commercial documentation, monitor budgets, and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have UAE experience on construction and high-rise projects, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QS software. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience on construction and high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in measurement, cost control, variations, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare interim payment applications and assess subcontractor payment certificates.
• Evaluate project variations, prepare claims, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Prepare cost reports, reconciliations, and final project accounts.
• Support effective cost control and contract administration activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing commercial documentation, monitoring budgets, and supporting contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Experience working with a UAE main contractor is preferred.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Immediately available candidates will be preferred.
