Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Dubai is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to own key quality system processes and support product quality and patient safety.

You will work in a hybrid model, in our local office at least three days a week, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen QMS, document control, and regulatory compliance across the distribution and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, document control, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting quality system processes, audits, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Manage and improve document control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Act as a quality systems subject matter expert supporting internal and external audits.
• Identify compliance risks, solve complex quality challenges and drive practical improvements; partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality processes.
• Provide guidance on quality standards and regulatory requirements supporting product quality and patient safety.

Your responsibilities will include

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently take ownership and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated environment
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 FDA requirements and European medical device regulations
• Experience with electronic document management systems and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience in a distribution logistics or supply chain environment
