We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our team in the dairy manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, while driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control daily quality parameters in milk reception, processing, packing, and storage.
- Conduct microbiological and chemical testing to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare for and handle audits (certification bodies, customer, and internal audits).
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, PRPs, quality records, and audit reports.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to maintain high product quality and safety standards.
Key Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in dairy manufacturing (mandatory) and food production quality control.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Practical Skills:
- Monitoring critical control points in dairy processing.
- Microbiological and chemical testing.
- Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Documentation and record-keeping of quality processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and ensure alignment on quality standards.
