The role is responsible for overseeing the overall management and performance of facilities operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high standards of maintenance across all assets. It focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, enhancing occupant satisfaction, and maintaining safe, functional, and sustainable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and support services.
- Ensure all building systems and infrastructure are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage service contracts, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage facilities teams, including training, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related requirements and issues promptly.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and support energy efficiency programs.
- Manage emergency response planning and incident management procedures.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, budgets, and improvement initiatives.

Abide by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in facilities management or related disciplines are preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing large‑scale facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
