Quality Senior Engineer- MR QMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other standards.
• Conduct internal audits, identify nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate management review meetings to evaluate QMS performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Train employees on QMS requirements and ensure organization-wide adherence.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure the highest standards of product and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date QMS documentation including policies, procedures, and audit reports.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to quality and compliance.
• Communicate audit findings and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with ATEX and IECEX standards for equipment used in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Management Representative or in a similar ISO management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ATEX, and IECEX standards.
• Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
