Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in health-related fields and at least five years of healthcare quality experience, with knowledge of regulations and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, quality, or health-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality.
• Strong knowledge of quality regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Policy management: develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures.
• Accreditation & certification: support readiness for external programs and participate in surveys.
• Performance monitoring: coordinate data collection and KPI profiling, validate data.
• Patient safety culture: support safety framework and disseminate safety initiatives.
• Quality improvement projects: coordinate system-wide QI initiatives and education.
• Risk management: develop and implement a Risk Management Framework and monitor outcomes.
• Strategic & team contribution: engage in planning and interdepartmental liaison.
