Job description
  • Quality Control: Ensure products/services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality.
  • Reporting: Maintain and report quality metrics and performance data.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in quality control or assurance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in quality reporting and documentation.
  • Personality: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Other: Ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
