Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field. Advanced certifications are advantageous.
Experience: At least 15 years in residential projects, especially low-rise residential/villas.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of residential developments, regulations, best practices, and trends in Abu Dhabi.
Experience in producing and adhering to Inspection and Test Plans.
Knowledge of residential construction techniques (desirable).
Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of technical and non-technical discussions.
Good understanding of quality within the design process.
High attention to detail.
Experience with large, complex construction projects.
