We’re Hiring: Group Quality Manager

Location: Based in Dubai, impacting quality standards globally

At Armeton, quality isn’t just a standard – it’s our identity. We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead our global quality strategy and ensure every product meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality management systems across all plants (aligned with ISO 9001)
• Lead internal audits across multiple global sites
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in quality processes
• Manage supplier quality, customer complaints, and recall processes
• Deliver training and development to foster a quality-first mindset
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
• This position is an independent contributor

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and supplier quality
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Regular travel to the EU, US, and Mexico will be required
• English fluency required; other languages (Spanish, Polish, Slovenian) a plus
