Job summary

A leading company in the logistics and transportation industry is seeking a Quality Inspector NDT to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards. The ideal candidate will possess a technical diploma and relevant NDT certifications, with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of quality control within precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in NDT inspections.
  • Certified as ASNT NDT Level II in UT, MT & PT methods.
  • Proven hands-on experience with fasteners or precision components.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Incoming, In process, Final & NDT inspections.
  • Review and verify conformance of materials to specifications.
  • Generate and maintain detailed inspection and test records.

Job description

  • Perform Incoming, In process, Final & NDT inspections.
  • Review and verify conformance of materials and products to customer specifications and international standards.
  • Generate and maintain detailed inspection and test records.
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Ability to interpret customer drawings and understand international technical standards, as basic requirements
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, auditors, and customers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Technical Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related field with a minimum of 3-year experience.
  • Certified as ASNT NDT Level II in UT, MT & PT methods (mandatory).
  • PCN Level II certification in UT, MT & PT methods (preferred and will be an added advantage).
  • Proven hands-on experience in conducting NDT inspections on fasteners or precision components.
  • Sound knowledge of NDT techniques, equipment calibration, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in Quality Control within a precision manufacturing environment.
