Job summary

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME, API).

Job description

TripleFast Middle East is searching for a Quality Inspector to join its Quality team. The main responsibility of the QC Inspector is to review for conformity of a material to a given standard. This is done by performing material inspections and tests at different stages of manufacture.

TripleFast Middle East is part of the LoneStar Group of companies, who are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of specialist bolting solutions, machined components, gaskets and seals to the world s energy markets and heavy engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Incoming, In process, Final inspections.
  • Review and verify conformance of materials and products to customer specifications and international standards.
  • Generate and maintain detailed inspection and test records.
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to interpret customer drawings and understand international technical standards, as basic requirements.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, auditors, and customers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Technical Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality Control within a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in fastener inspection (bolts, nuts, washers) will be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME, API).
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and inspection documentation processes.
  • Basic understanding of coating and plating inspection is preferred.
