Position Title: Quality Health Safety Environment Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation. Job Description: • Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards. • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations across hotel departments. • Provide QHSE training and awareness programs to staff to ensure safe practices and regulatory compliance. • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with ISO, HACCP, municipality guidelines, and sustainability initiatives.

• Male, 45 years old and below. • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Hospitality, or related field; QHSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred. • Minimum 8 years of QHSE experience in hospitality, facilities management, or related sectors. • Strong knowledge of local health, safety, food hygiene, and environmental regulations and excellent communication, auditing, and training skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
