Job Description

• Verification of project specification and work to identify technical requirements
• Preparation of project-specific method statements, inspection, and test plan.
• Conduct contract reviews and preparation of submittal documents and clarification handling
• Coordinate with site execution and planning team for project execution
• Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects
• Develop method statements, compliance report, and ITPs
• Conduct internal audits to meet QHSE requirements and prepare audit reports.
• Issue non-conformity report on various non-conformities identified during audits for corrective action and follow up for its effective implementation.
• Review customer complaints and ensure closure of complaints
• Regular visits to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method statement
• Prepare QHSE observation report and record all the non-conformities identified/resolved status area-wise during site tour
• Attend planning/coordination meetings to address the issues related to quality of product requirements
• Participate in initial kick-off meeting and prepare documentation accordingly
• Consultation, participation, and communication of requirements related to projects
• Prepare and submit handover documents
