As part of its growth and operational excellence strategy, ARENGY is pursuing the AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certification. We are seeking an experienced Quality Consultant to lead and execute all preparatory work required to successfully achieve certification.

Job Description :

1. Project Background: ARENGY aims to enhance its quality standards by obtaining AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. The Quality Consultant will lead the certification process.
2. Scope of Work: The consultant will develop and implement an AS9100 compliant Quality Management System (QMS), including:

• Phase 1: Gap Analysis & Planning: Conduct a detailed gap analysis against AS9100 requirements and develop a project plan.
• Phase 2: QMS Design & Implementation: Define quality policies, design documentation such as Quality Manual, process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and establish document control and risk management systems.
• Phase 3: Staff Engagement & Training: Train staff on AS9100 standards and internal procedures.
• Phase 4: Internal Audit & Certification Readiness: Develop and execute internal audits, coordinate with external certification bodies, support audit processes, and address non-conformities.

Profile / Requirements :

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001:2015, preferably in service companies.
