Job summary

Jsfgroups is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to develop and implement QA processes that ensure our products meet rigorous industry standards. You will conduct inspections, analyze data, and work with engineering, production and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or QA, hands-on experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with QA tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QA or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in QA software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits of processes, materials, and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation (reports, NCRs, manuals).
• Train staff on QC procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and QA practices.
• Participate in product development to embed quality from the start.
