Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing operations. You will conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products, ensuring strict adherence to drawings, BOMs, specs, and customer requirements.

You will develop and maintain QC Plans, inspection checklists, and ITAs (inspection test plans), document non-conformances, support RCA and CAPA activities, and contribute to

• Maintain quality control inspections of raw materials, components, finished products.
• Inspect products against drawings, BOMs, specs, standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop and review QC Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.
• Identify, document non-conformances and raise NCRs.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
• Support process and product quality audits on the manufacturing shop floor and follow up on identified actions.
• Assist with laboratory testing, inspection activities, test documentation, and reporting as required.
• Maintain and control quality records and documentation in accordance with document control requirements.
• Monitor and report process and product quality performance, including rejection, rework, FPY, and defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
